Pastor Gaddis and his family.

Vince also worked with the United Methodist Churches’ Shalom Zone program in Southeast Dallas. Vince is a prayer warrior, preacher, visionary leader, teacher, and a consummate servant. In 1989, Vince arrived in Dallas homeless. He has a powerful testimony affirmed by scriptures of God working in and through his life. In response to Paul’s words in 2 Timothy 2:2, Vince’s most pressing goals are to build on the success God has given him by training disciples who may one day replace him, for as Vince states, “success without a successor is a successful failure.”

For 26 years, Vince has been married to Angela, and together, they have a 25-year-old daughter who is a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, as well as a graduate of the New School in NY, NY, where she earned degrees in Environmental Studies and Jazz Guitar. Vince and Angela’s son Vincent II (Vinnie) is a graduate of Parish Episcopal School and a former basketball athlete. He is a student at UNT, majoring in communications and minoring in marketing.
